This stunning two-storey villa boasts a beautiful and large open space living area including pool table, bar, sound system, 18 seats wood dining table and an open kitchen. Five spacious bedrooms, a media room, a kid’s room with game room, two gazebos, large terraces and a rooftop deck to oversee the Indian Ocean are surrounding the garden and the large swimming pool.

With large terrace accesses, each spacious bedroom comes with its own ensuite bathroom offering comfort and overlooking the garden and the swimming pool. Note the master bedroom upstairs features its own private wood balcony.
The kids’ room will accommodate 2 kids and let them enjoy the air-conditioned playroom with all its toys, games, books and DVDs.

The manicured grass garden is perfect all kind of children activities. The 19 meters long swimming pool including 4 meters shallow pool ideal for young children and for adults to relax is one of CassaMia interest center definitively children friendly.
